My Screen Name is Rounder and I live in Louisville, Kentucky.
That's right, on the banks of the muddy Ohio River with Thunder over Louisville and The
Kentucky Derby, you know the place. I've been here a while now and kind of like it. I am
self employed and my favorite hobbies are radio electronics, gardening, racing, and the
computer. I used to build alot of linears (radio transmission boosters) cb radios and the
such, but now I find myself on the internet at least once a day. A buddy and I decided to try
our hand at a web page because it looked like it would be fun. Well, it takes a little work, but

Cool Gadgets

Some people like to hear some music while they browse while others find it...
EXETREMLY ANNOYING!
I enjoy it only if it sounds like music and not a tin can MIDI file. Granted, not all midi files
sound like tin cans rattling. In fact, some sound pretty darn good, but unfortunately this is
the exception rather than the rule. Try the "MOD PLAYER" below if you haven't already.
If you can't hear the music, you probably need the "PLUG-IN". You can download it absolutly
free and fast at Glenn's awesome Home Site. He also has a large assortment of songs for free
downloading that sound "WAY BETTER" then Midi's in most cases. I think it's worth the trip!

Compare the two and you can make up your own mind.

By the way, if you still like "Midi Files" better because there are more of them
available, and you have a better than average sound card (ie SB AWE64), right click
on the "Cresendo Player" above, select- options -midi device and pick something other
than windows midi mapper. If you could use the AWE64 620 for instance, your Midi will
sound like a different file altogether! Enjoy
